الشروط والاحكام

 1. قبول الشروط

باستخدام منصة مول مصر، يقر المستخدم بالموافقة على:

  1. شروط الاستخدام.
  2. سياسة الخصوصية.
  3. سياسات الاسترجاع والاستبدال والاسترداد.


2.  إنشاء الحساب

يلتزم العميل:

  1. بتقديم بيانات صحيحة.
  2. الحفاظ على سرية الحساب.
  3. عدم استخدام الحساب بطريقة غير قانونية.


3.  الطلبات والشراء

يعتمد تنفيذ الطلب على:

  1. توفر المنتج.
  2. صحة بيانات الشحن.
  3. إتمام الدفع.


 4. الأسعار والعروض

تحتفظ المنصة والتجار بحق:

  1. تعديل الأسعار.
  2. تحديث العروض.
  3. تصحيح الأخطاء السعرية غير المقصودة.


 5. مسؤولية العميل

يلتزم العميل:

  1. باستخدام المنصة بشكل قانوني.
  2. عدم إنشاء طلبات وهمية.
  3. عدم إساءة استخدام سياسات الاسترجاع.


 6. الحسابات المخالفة

يجوز للمنصة:

  1. تعليق الحساب.
  2. إلغاء الطلبات.
  3. منع الاستخدام.

في حالة المخالفات.


 7. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

• Completion of payment


4. Prices and Offers

The platform and merchants reserve the right to:

• Modify prices

• Update offers

• Correct unintentional pricing errors


5. Customer Responsibility

The customer agrees to:

• Use the platform legally.

• Not create fictitious orders.

• Not misuse the return policies.


6. Violating Accounts

The platform may:

• Suspend the account.

• Cancel orders.

• Block access.

in case of violations


7. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
